Taman Safari

If you have been to all the famous Zoo's in the world, you might think why should I go to Taman Safari in Cisarua - Indonesia? But I'd say, you should go there and you might be surprised! (No, Taman Safari did not pay for this blog to promote it :P )
In Taman Safari you can:

Get up close and 'personal' with the animals *hehehe*

Ride a pony!

Take a open-air train

Touch and stroke a tiger! (a tiger cub that is :P)

And the best way to do it all, is to do it with your bestest buddy :)

Unto us a Son is given
And the government shall be upon His shoulder
And His name shall be called
WONDERFUL COUNSELOR, A MIGHTY GOD, THE EVERLASTING FATHER,

It is Snowing in Singapore!

Yes, it is snowing in Singapore, in Tanglin Mall exactly :) It is not the real snow, but it is the soap bubble that come in huge amount :D All the kids can just jump right in, blow the bubbles or cover themselves in them. Mom took me there with some of my friends too. I had a great time. Dad joined us soon after. But we were not quite prepared for this. Next time, we really need to bring our swimsuit, towel and change of clothes, since it turned out that I was soaking wet and could use a shower afterwards

Sentosa Luge

I went to Sentosa Luge with Mom and Dad, and some of my buddies. Dad has been wanting to go there since many months ago, thinking that it would be fun to ride the luge with me. And it is indeed fun!
First we had to take the skyride to the top, which was quite scary for Mom and Dad. But I was behaving myself and I sat still on the way to the top. Once we reached there, we were assigned 2 luge carts. Mom rode alone, and I rode with Dad. We then glided down. As you can see in the picture, I had to hold on the steer while holding on to my helmet. The speed was soo fast that it felt that my helmet was going to fly off too :D

Babies Prom 2008

Went to Babies Prom today. Thanks again to Auntie Astrid who arranged for the tickets. Our seats this time are much much better compared to last year. We were seated just a few rows away from the stage. Before this prom, Mom has played for me a Messiah concert DVD, just to get a feel of what a real concert looks like, what the conductors do, and how all the musicians play together. When watching this, I usually hold a stick (usually a straw or a chopstick) and I would wave them as if I am conducting the orchestra and the stick is my baton hehehe...

After the prom, we went for lunch at China Square. And for the first time, I went missing! Yes, I and my buddy Noah went missing for almost 10 minutes and it drove our parents nuts! Finally someone spotted us, talking to an old auntie in one of the alleys, without noticing that our parents had been calling out our names. I got a pretty serious talk from Mom and Dad afterwards. I now know the seriousness of this situation and will not go somewhere far without telling them where I am going.
