31 Months Old - Mom's Note
At 31 months old:- Can say that he's 90% nappy-free. He no longer wears a nappy at home, except during nighttime, he still wears one when he goes to bed although it is most of the time dry when I check the next morning. For nap time in the afternoon, he only wears his underpants and they keep dry until he wakes up 3 hours later.
When we are outside, I find that by putting his nappy on, he'd not bother to tell us whether he wants to 'go'. So, he wears his underpants when he's outside now. So far, the accident rate has been pretty low. But, (depending on how long we are outside) he can go to the toilet for at least 5 times!!
- He's now all alone in the Sunday School. We no longer accompany him in the class.
- Besides alphabets and numbers, he knows some basic colors. I have started teaching him different shapes. And oh, he now learns how to count in Chinese too :D
- He started this habit of whining now whenever he wants something that he can't have. Well, looking at the positive side, he doesn't scream or kick or throw things when this happens. Most of the time, when we explain to him, he can be reasoned to and would understand. Then, the whining stops immediately.
- He can now state his arguments and opinions about things. He can sometimes re-tell what happens the day before or what he learned just now in Sunday school.
- I find that he plays well with other kids who are laid-back in nature. Not so with those who are headstrong ones.
- He's very caring whenever he sees us get hurt. He'd say "Sakit ya?" (Does it hurt?), followed by "Pakai obat ya" (Let's put some medicine on, OK?)
- About a few months ago, he seemed a bit scared of swimming. But now he loves it. He'd ask his Dad to go swimming whenever we pass by a swimming pool.
- Loves his trains, aeroplanes and trucks

Qian Hu Fish Farm & Thomas Show
Since we now have a car, we love to explore places that are previously out of reach by us. This weekend Mom and Dad think that we should try and visit Qian Hu Fish Farm, since they have been hearing good reviews about it. So we went there and there are a LOT of fish! I love fish and visiting this place is truly a new and exciting experience for me. Mom and I got to try the fish spa too :P A group of little fish was trying hard to feed on your feet! It feels really weird.I got to feed the fish in the pond. We bought one packet of fish food and I got to feed the fish all by myself :)
After we left the farm, we headed to Marina Square. A friend notified Mom that there is Thomas & Friends show in the Atrium going on. We went there early and queued to get into the seating area of the show. The show was relatively short, but I like it. We also got to have our picture taken with the star of the show :)
